ive got some questions for those of us who utilize this training method. my recovery has always been great so i thought this would fit me well. ive been doing my own bastard version for about 6 weeks now and am seeing decent gains. im just curious as to who has used this training method in the past. please be specific on how you did your splits and your rest days. Has anyone utilized the prgram to a T? i feel there should always be modifications with any program.

Anyway, i am thinking of utilizing the keto diet for 4-6 weeks along with this training style. im just looking for some feedback on both i guess, and if you used both the iet and training program simultaneoulsy, i definaetly want to hear from you guys.

thanks in advance

Just be careful with cramping if on a keto diet..

the stretching part of the dc training works wonders esp on your shoulders and pecs!

I just got a buddy hooked on DC training, he loves it, and it takes less time than HVT.
