Hey Guys,
Started this Today. Doing 2 full pumps before workout then 2 pumps before bed.
stats:
5`7
187lbs
12-13% b/f? i have no idea, ill let u guys judge when i post pics.
Im in my early-mid 20`s.
training almost 9 years.
Running this solo,no aas just a low dose GH. Been off aas since november so im hoping my body will get a good response to 1-T Tren.
My goals are to lean out, harden up and pretty much just maintain size. Not looking to blow up.
I will post diet,training routine,more details and hopefully some pics in the next few days. This will be updated daily or eod depending on my free time.

Well, so far so good.
Pumps are noticeable, nothing crazy but defidently there. Sweated a ton yesterday during my training,kinda felt more
like heat flashes rather than a steady warmth.
Will not be applying this before bed anymore. I could not sleep worth crap last night, got maybe 5 hours of rest woke up this morning with a pretty bad migraine and my sheets were damp so i must have sweated during my sleep. Im going to do some HITT (running) later today, lets see if my endurance is affected at all. Ill keep you guys posted.

if you do this before your workout, dont you shower afterwards?

i guess you are lifting in the morning?

i think it will be okay to apply after your workout after shower, and if you shower 2x a day then maybe another one after shower and hit melatonin and sleep? :)

I do my cardio in the morning around 11 but i wake up at 6am everyday to walk my dog and thats when I apply it. After cardio, I shower, then go to work. I apply it again around 5, then I train around 8 and shower around 1030. Before i was applying it after my second shower. Hopefully, me switching it to an earlier time will help.I felt like complete shit today, kinda felt like everything was in slow motion.weird.
Ive never used melatonin,what dose should I use it at?

dont use it unless you keep having sleeing issues, you could start out anywhere from 1mg-3mg ,,,you might be drowsy in the morning, so gauge accordingly

ohter OTC sleep meds are Valerian roots, or Tryptophan

you felt like shit? let us know how you feel tomorrow then,,,,keep observing but dont get things into your head bro. goodluck

Felt good yesterday and today.Sweats arent bothering me too much anymore, i feel pretty warm around cardio/lifting thats just about it. I had a really good pump today when i trained arms. Im not having any problems with cardio at all which is great, i have a hard enough time getting through it anyways.Im leaning out fairly well, my diet is defidently on the dot for me.I was going to have a cheat meal this weekend but i think im going to hold off on that till next weekend.."so I tell my self.. :roll: ". Ill keep you guys posted.

Most of the sweats occur when I workout, even if im just lifting w/out cardio. I get this really warm sensation during training and after i apply it.
The night sweats I had earlier in the week subsided. Only sides im noticing as of now are a little tired in the mornings and skin is kinda getting dry in the areas that I apply it which is chest and delts. Im not peeling but it feels a bit ashy.

Day 11:
Sweats at night time started coming back Monday, I started 5 pumps as of Sunday.My temperature is comfortable during the day but when my evening workout comes I get Hot as hell during the training. Pumps are really good. Veins are now coming in around my calves and quads, I havent had those for a while.Over all everything is coming along smoothly.

been doing 5 pumps/day for 6 days now..definitely noticed that im sweating a lot more..especially during workouts and feel warm all of the time..really good pumps and vascularity too..
