Just order some SARMs-4. I wanted to cap it in 50mg caps
My question is how many mg. are in a gram of it.
This is the first time I have ever capped anything so forgive me if its a stupid question . But I searched and couldnt find any info.

1000mg = 1 gram

50mg goes into 1000mg 20 times, so you will only have 20 caps at 50mg each of S-4.

I have read to split your daily dose, but you may already know that. I am totally tired of capping it. anyone know what to dissolve this stuf in? would be much easier to dose in my opinion

You can dissolve it in PEG300

Or you can also dissolve it in Everclear but no more than 50mg/ml

isnt peg300 what some feel is responsible for vision problems

From what I've read it isn't proven about the PEG and vision problems.
Ill be taking caps soon. 100mg day, I'll let you know if I have any vision problems.

I researched with it a few months ago and broke it down in 20mg caps so that it could be dosed every 3-4 hours. Maybe mix it with something else that you want to research with so that you get the most out of your capping session:).
