you may want to check out customcapsule.com, they have added almost all of the popular ph's to their product list, and you can now create custom blends with them, etc.
Just trying to help out where I can. Speaking of which, skip the Formex oral formestane, stick with the transdermal. I had to give it a try and I do think it is an improvement over just straight oral formestance, but not as powerful as the transdermal and more expensive. For around $30 you get 60 25mgs caps so a total of 1.5 grams, for less than double the cost you get 5.4 grams from ZSUPPS.
