Post subject: Where to travel in Asia mid-September?

Ok, so I promised my girl that we'd go on a vacation in September. I never stop working and neither does she so it's really necessary. I see some KILLER deals on flights to Asia right now if I book before the 15th of August. Obviously I'm not going to Asia for the women as I'm taking mine with me...lol. Basically, I'm looking to go somewhere beautiful and chill, with interesting things to see and experience. Anyone here ever been to Asia? I know that September is the rainy season, but I seriously doubt we will get away if we don't go then. To be honest, I'm tired of the sun anyway...never stops where I'm at. OK...please post up some ideas!:). Thanks
