Hey guys, its time to get my fat ass back in shape. Its been 2 years since ive followed any kind of diet or excersise program. With in the month i will be starting the "get poundcakes fat ass back into great shape" journey. I will be starting a journal and i expect you guys to keep on me. Normally I follow a timed carbed diet, but Im curious to see if any of you have any better ideas. I gain muscle easy and get fat easy. I think i will follow the workout plan that I asked about before in the 3 day a week post. Do you guys recommend I cut right away, or should I follow a lean bulk type thing. Im 5'10, about 205 lbs and prolly 18ish body fat.
I forgot i wrote this, Its going good. I started the anabolic solution in may and it kicks major ass, in 2 weeks i had dropped 1.5 inches off my waist and stayed the same weight. After about 2 months i dropped 4 inches and im up about 5 pounds. I have high levels of energy, high sex drive, great sense of well being. I dont even crave anything any more. I highly recommend this diet especially if the sight of carbs makes you fat.
